Anderson ready for outdoor return
7th March 2015
After a good few months of training, Jeshua Anderson will get his outdoor season underway at the Willie Williams Classic meet in Arizona in two weeks.
The 25 year-old 400m hurdler is in his second season training at the World Athletics Center out in Phoenix and is looking forward to his return to action.
“Training this year has been great. Coming into this year off of a healthy season has done nothing but boosted my confidence for this year,” explained Jeshua.
“With my coaches Stu (McMillan) and Andreas (Behm) having a year working with me, they’ve figured out a great training regime that has fit me perfectly.”
Perfection is something I strive for
“I have been working very hard each week. I’m not looking far ahead just looking towards the next workout to go out and do the best I possibly can, staying humble and learning from my mistakes.”
“Perfection is something I strive for. Which is a constant reminder for me to continue to work hard, train hard, study my event, master technique and get as close as I can to obtaining perfection. It’s a never ending process.”
The meet will take place on Friday 20th March 2015, with Jeshua’s 400mh race scheduled for 6:00pm at the University of Arizona, Tucson.
